Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.

• Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the cafe/restaurant's cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Food handling and safety certification is a plus.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
