Job Description:

As a Front Office Team Member at The tower plaza hotel, you will be a key point of contact for our guests. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring that our guests' stays are as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and presentable.
• Assist with reservations, billing, and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and perform basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
