Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: DUBAI
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff members.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless and positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in housekeeping or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
