Job Description:

As a Beautician at Tipsandtoes, you will be responsible for providing a variety of beauty services to our clients, including skincare, haircare, and nail services. You will create a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients while delivering high-quality beauty treatments. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise, build a loyal client base, and be part of a supportive and creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a range of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, makeup application, manicures, and pedicures.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Upsell salon or spa products and services as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional salon or spa environment.

Qualifications:

- Valid state cosmetology or beautician license.
- Proven experience as a beautician in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, haircare, and nail care techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.
