Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent at HOMES4LIFE, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. You will guide clients through the buying or selling process, provide market expertise, and negotiate on their behalf. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for potential clients through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.

• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
• Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements.

Qualifications:
