- Ensure a clean and tidy dining area and assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Requirements:
Chef:
- Proven experience as a chef, with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Waiter/Waitress:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
