We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Service Agents and Bell Boys. Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, payments, and check-outs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest records and information.
• Assist with ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.

Bell Boy Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage and belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities.
• Coordinate transportation services and valet parking for guests.
• Assist with guest inquiries and requests to enhance their stay.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area.

Qualifications (Both Positions):

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle various guest situations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
• Physical fitness for the Bell Boy position (ability to lift and transport luggage).
