**Job Descriptions:**

**Position 1: Housekeeping Supervisor**
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

**Position 2: F&B Supervisor**
- Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Train, mentor, and lead the F&B staff.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and quality control.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns, striving to resolve them efficiently.

**Position 3: Sales Executive**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (For Supervisory Roles)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (For Sales Executive)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
