Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: DUBAI
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless and positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in housekeeping or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
