Baha is a natural-born entrepreneur and visionary thinker. He holds an Bachelor in Business Management and an MBA from Andhra University. He started his career in the realestate industry with one of the largest real estate companies in Dubai’s early days, before he joined Dubai Properties Group for 2 years. In February 2005 he founded his first company in the real estate industry, Questside Real Estate Brokers LLC. Over the years, he built up with Questside a large portfolio of more than 400 properties under management. He also founded also HRM Contracting, a construction company which has completed already 5 mid-size real estate projects during the last two years in Dubai. Some other of his companies are retail floristic shops, Technical Building Maintenance and Facility Management. Mintkraftevents is an Eventmanagement company focused to organize all kind of private and public events within the Middle East. In 2018 he founded the HRM Group to structure his companies under one roof. His expertise as an serial entrepreneur combined with his network is one of the key factors of his success.
