Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at CS MENA, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills, contribute to a positive team environment, and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
