1. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales activities to ensure smooth operations.

2. **Customer Relations:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

3. **Order Processing:**
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

4. **Documentation:**
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

5. **Communication:**
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of the blinds or interior design industry is a plus.
