Job Description:

As a restaurant runner at Tanuki Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for efficiently delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the guest's table while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and drink orders from the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure accuracy in matching orders to the correct tables and guests.
• Provide friendly and attentive service while delivering orders.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards for service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a runner or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
