Job Description:

As a waiter/waitress at MayaBay Dubai, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and exceptional service will contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable attitude.
• Seat guests and present menus, providing explanations and recommendations as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train dedicated individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
