Job Description:

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences? Saddle Cafe and Restaurant is looking for talented and friendly individuals to join our team as baristas. If you have a love for coffee, a warm and welcoming personality, and are eager to provide outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure order accuracy.
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions, including using a point-of-sale system.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the company's quality standards.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred, but not required).
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
