We are looking for dedicated and passionate individual bartenders our team as Bartenders and Waiters at Grit Hospitality Group. **Job Description:**

**Bartender Responsibilities:**
- Create a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and coffee drinks with precision and artistry.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal regulations.
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

**Waiter Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and make menu recommendations.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining tables.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.

**Qualifications:**

**Bartender:**
- Proven experience as a bartender.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible beverage service is a plus.

**Waiter:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- A positive and professional attitude.
