Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Waiter/Waitress:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and address inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Chef:

• Plan and execute the preparation of culinary masterpieces in accordance with our menu.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Oversee inventory, food ordering, and cost control.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen

Qualifications:

Waiter/Waitress:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Chef:

• Proven culinary experience in a fine dining or similar setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Bartender:

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Mixology knowledge and proficiency in crafting cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible beverage service certification is preferred.
